A: Yes, Our chip will work even better with your existing performance modifications. Our chip will not work with other performance chip.
Q: My vehicle is Turbo/Supercharged will the module work?
A: No, we build our chip strictly for engines not equipped with a turbo or supercharger. We can build custom chip for specific turbo/supercharged vehicles, please contact us for more info. Our custom chip for Turbo/Supercharged vehicles are built for specific timing, boost and other modifications.
Q: If I buy more than one item, will you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we combine shipping for an unlimited number of items purchased. We offer 2 types of shipping, our standard rate and our expedited shipping rate. For example, if you purchase 5,10 or even 50 or more chip from us, we will ship them at the price you decide either standard rate or the expedited rate.
Q: If I purchase my chip today, how long does it take for me to receive my package?
A: We ship the same day we receive your payment. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to receive depending on your order. If you purchase your module on the weekend, your order will be packaged and shipped first thing Monday morning.
Q: Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
A: No, due to the customs requirements we only ship within the USA at this time.
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO or US P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes we ship to all APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes.
Q: Will the chip work with Diesel engines?
A: No, our modules will not work with diesel engines at this time.
Q: How long does the installation typically take?
A: Installation typically takes 5-10 minutes depending on your skill level. Like we have mentioned, its simple and if you can start your car, you can install our chip!
